Wachtell-Bonus: Nicht kleckern, sondern klotzen!

Bei Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz macht man keine halben Sachen, schon bei den Grundgehältern nicht, erst recht nicht bei den Boni. Deshalb gibt es auch in diesem Jahr für die freizeitentbehrenden Mitarbeiter das volle Jahresgrundgehalt als Jahresend-Bonus. Aus 165.000 Dollar First-Year-Salary werden also 330.000 Dollar Gesamtgehalt im ersten Jahr. Geldwerte Vorteile durch Frozen Yogurt noch nicht einberechnet.
Die Arbeitszeiten sind nicht von schlechten Eltern, allerdings weiß ein ehemaliger Arbeitnehmer zu resümieren:If you want to make a career out of large firm practice, the appeal of Wachtell is obvious.
