NOTICE OF RIGHTS IN 2006 FIFA WORLD CUP: INFRONT SPORTS & MEDIA

We act for the Infront Sports & Media group of companies ("Infront") which has the exclusive right to broadcast, transmit and exploit by all electronic media the matches of the 2006 FIFA World CupTM (the “FIFA World Cup"). These exclusive rights include the broadcasting and transmission of audio-sound clips and/or moving images of the FIFA World Cup over the Internet.

Infront anticipates the possibility of unauthorised streaming and downloading of FIFA World Cup matches, other unauthorised use of clips or images of the matches and services which faciliate such activities. Infront and its agents are therefore taking active and strong measures to prevent such unlawful activities, both civilly and criminally.

In this respect you should be aware that Infront and its agents are activley monitoring your website and otheres to identify unlawful activity and will, if necessary, take appropriate action to ensure the protection of Infront’s rights and those of its licensees.

Please let us know if you have any questions about Infront’s rights or any matter which will enable you to assist Infronst in this purpose. Please also let us know if there is a particular person or persons at your organisation whom we should speak to anf who should be a first point of contact in the event that we learn of a problem connected with your website.
