Die Wörter “Podcast” und “Wiki” wurde nun ins Oxford English Dictionary aufgenommen:
podcast • noun a digital recording of a radio broadcast or similar programme, made available on the Internet for downloading to a personal audio player. — derivatives podcasting noun. — origin early 21st century: from iPod, a proprietary name for a personal audio player.
wiki • noun a website or database developed collaboratively by a community of users, allowing any user to add and edit content. — origin from WikiWikiWeb (1995), coined by the US programmer Ward Cunningham (b.1949), from Hawaiian wiki wiki ‘very quick’, reduplication of wiki ‘quick’.
