Harassing mail will be posted” war im Usenet (kenn das eigentlich noch jemand?) immer schon Bestandteil der sog. Netiquette. Auch bei Blogs hat es sich mittlerweile durchgesetzt (rechtliche) Drohungen und ähnliches zu posten und an die Öffentlichkeit zu bringen. Eine neue Qualität beschreitet hier die bekannte BitTorrent-Tracker Seite “The Pirate Bay”. Auf einer eigens eingerichteten Seite macht man sich über die rechtlichen Drohungen und “DMCA Takedown Notices” lustig:
