Austria and Denmark Fear American-Style European Court of Justice

The Austrian presidency of the EU received backing by Denmark on another issue related to the future of Europe: Austrias criticism towards the role of the European Court of Justice (ECJ). Like Austria, Denmark wants the European Constitution to include an explicit restriction of the powers of the ECJ.
