Update - UK urges Europe on 50% ambition on emissions reductions

(LEXEGESE) - On 28 May 2013, the UK Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change Edward Davey challenged Europe to set their emissions reduction target to 50% by 2030 on 1990 levels as part of an ambitious global deal to tackle climate change in 2015.
