ENTSO-E launches public consultation on the Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management Network Code

The European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E) launched the web based public consultation on the Network Code for Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM) on 23 March 2012 and invited interested parties to submit comments before the 23 May 2012. As part of the web based public consultation, ENTSO-E issues a » draft of the network code accompanied by a »document explaining the rationale for decisions, providing answers to Frequently Asked Questions and outlining how the draft network code fulfills the requirements of the framework guideline developed by the Agency for the Coordination of Energy Regulators (ACER). Stakeholders have two months to provide comments and feedback. All comments must be submitted via the » ENTSO-E web consultation interface.
